Keto Big Macs

Keto Big Macs at home. I took some 80/20 hamburger and made some Smash Burgers on the griddle. I took American cheese and melted on top. I added rehydrated onions (look at the Reels to see how to do this), 1000 Island dressing and pickles. I didn’t have any lettuce, but I really didn’t need any. These were amazing.

Pro tip: Dehydrated onions, rehydrated in a couple teaspoons of water, is the secret to that classic McDonald’s flavor.
