Keto Big Mac Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (grass-fed if possible)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the beef: In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the salad base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded iceberg lettuce, chopped romaine lettuce, diced pickles, and chopped onion.
  3. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and vinegar until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the salad: Top the lettuce mixture with the cooked beef. Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the top. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Serve: Toss everything together just before serving, or leave it layered for a fun presentation.
