Keto Big Mac Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (grass-fed if possible)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup sugar-free mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the beef: In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the salad base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded iceberg lettuce, chopped romaine lettuce, diced pickles, and chopped onion.
- Make the dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and vinegar until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the salad: Top the lettuce mixture with the cooked beef. Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the top. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Serve: Toss everything together just before serving, or leave it layered for a fun presentation.
