Keto Big Mac Salad

Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Assemble the Salad:
- In a large mixing bowl or serving dish, combine shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and cherry tomatoes.
- Combine and Serve:
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad mixture.
- Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the salad or serve it on the side.
- Toss everything together gently to coat evenly.
