Keto Big Mac Salad

Ingredients:

For the Salad:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Assemble the Salad:
    • In a large mixing bowl or serving dish, combine shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Combine and Serve:
    • Add the cooked ground beef to the salad mixture.
    • Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the salad or serve it on the side.
    • Toss everything together gently to coat evenly.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy your Keto Big Mac Salad!
