Keto Big Mac Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- Optional: extra cheese for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar-free ketchup to create the “Big Mac sauce.”
- In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Add diced pickles on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, then top with shredded lettuce.
- Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the top or serve it on the side.
