Keto Big Mac Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • Optional: extra cheese for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar-free ketchup to create the “Big Mac sauce.”
  5. In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef mixture evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
  7. Add diced pickles on top of the cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven, then top with shredded lettuce.
  10. Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the top or serve it on the side.
