Keto Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 12–16 spears)
- 6–8 slices of bacon (thin-cut works best)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: sprinkle of parmesan or red chili flakes
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Trim the asparagus ends (the woody part).
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Wrap 2–3 asparagus spears together with one slice of bacon (start from the bottom and spiral upward).
- Place wrapped bundles seam-side down on the tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and asparagus is tender.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 mins for extra crispiness!
💡 Tips:
- Want a flavor boost? Brush with a little sugar-free BBQ sauce before baking.
- Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F for 12–15 mins, flipping halfway.
