Keto Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch asparagus (about 12–16 spears)
  • 6–8 slices of bacon (thin-cut works best)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: sprinkle of parmesan or red chili flakes

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Trim the asparagus ends (the woody part).
  3. Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Wrap 2–3 asparagus spears together with one slice of bacon (start from the bottom and spiral upward).
  5. Place wrapped bundles seam-side down on the tray.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and asparagus is tender.
  7. Optional: Broil for 2-3 mins for extra crispiness!

💡 Tips:

  • Want a flavor boost? Brush with a little sugar-free BBQ sauce before baking.
  • Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F for 12–15 mins, flipping halfway.
