Keto Air Fryer Fried Pickles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices (drained and patted dry)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil (for air fryer)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the pickles: Drain pickle slices and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Set up breading station:
    • In one bowl: Beat the egg.
    • In another bowl: Mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the pickles:
    • Dip each pickle slice into the egg, then coat in the almond flour mix.
  4. Air fry:
    • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place coated pickles in a single layer in the basket.
    • Spray lightly with oil.
    • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve:
    • Enjoy with your favorite low-carb dip like ranch or spicy mayo!
