Keto Air Fryer Fried Pickles

Ingredients:
- 1 cup dill pickle slices (drained and patted dry)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil (for air fryer)
Instructions:
- Prep the pickles: Drain pickle slices and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Set up breading station:
- In one bowl: Beat the egg.
- In another bowl: Mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the pickles:
- Dip each pickle slice into the egg, then coat in the almond flour mix.
- Air fry:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place coated pickles in a single layer in the basket.
- Spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve:
- Enjoy with your favorite low-carb dip like ranch or spicy mayo!
