Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour
2 tablespoons (soup) of grated cheese (optional, but it has a special taste)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chiro-green or chopped sauce to taste
1 tablespoon (soup) of butter or oil to golden
Preparation mode:
Cook the potatoes:
Peel, cut into pieces and cook until nicely tender.
Love well:
With a fork or juicer, until it forms a smooth puree without chunks.
Mix up the ingredients:
Add eggs, flour, grated cheese, salt, pepper and green chives. Stir until it becomes a firm and moldable dough.
Model the cupcakes:
Take portions of dough and mold it into hamburger or roll, as shown in the picture.
Put in the finishing touch:
Heat the butter or oil in a nonstick skillet.
Doure from both sides:
Fry over medium heat until nicely golden on the outside and soft on the inside.
Serves up hot:
Perfect with a little coffee or as a side dish for lunch!
