Gather These Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best juiciness)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
How to Make It:
In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.
Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
Slightly press the center of each patty to prevent puffing.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place patties in the basket with space between them.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Cook longer if you prefer well done.
Let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
