Jerk Mushroom Rasta Pasta

Ingredients
🌱1 each Red, Orange, yellow and green peppers
🌱1 medium sweet onion
🌱1 cup of green onions
🌱 3 shallots (about 1/2 cup)
🌱1/4 cup basil
🌱1 tomato diced
🌱1/2 cup parsley flakes
🌱garlic salt and garlic pepper (to taste)
🌱2/3 cups oat milk
🌱 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning (more or less depending on your heat preference)
🌱 2 boxes of chick pea pasta
🌱2 cups vegan cheddar cheese
🌱1 cup of vegan mozzarella
🌱 lots of fresh garlic (mashed)
🌱16 oz sliced white mushrooms
