Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning and lemon pepper seasoning.
  4. Rub the salmon fillets all over with olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over them, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the jerk lemon pepper salmon hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish.
