Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning and lemon pepper seasoning.
- Rub the salmon fillets all over with olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over them, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve the jerk lemon pepper salmon hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the fish.
