🧾 Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 2 eggs

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small cake pan.
- Mix wet ingredients
- Whisk yogurt, eggs, sweetener, olive oil, vanilla, and lemon zest
- Add dry ingredients
- Stir in almond flour, wheat/oat flour, baking powder, and salt
- Bake
- Pour batter into pan
