  • 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (low-moisture)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley or green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

  1. Mix ingredients:
    In a bowl, combine chicken, mozzarella, egg, almond flour, flaxseed, herbs, garlic, and seasonings.
  2. Form patties:
    Shape into 8 equal patties (about ½ inch thick).
  3. Cook:
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. Rest 3 minutes before serving (helps retain juices).
