Hot Spinach pollini Artichoke

Ingredients:


– 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
– Tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
3. Stir in the chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
4. Add garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well to combine.
5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until it’s hot and bubbly.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

Tip: For extra flavor, try adding some chopped artichokes or sun-dried tomatoes to the mix before baking! Enjoy your dip warm!
