HONEY BUTTER SKILLET CORN

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika (optional)
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Corn:
- If using fresh corn, shuck the corn and remove the kernels from the cob. If using frozen corn, let it thaw and drain any excess water.
- Heat the Skillet:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Cook the Corn:
- Add the corn kernels to the skillet and stir to coat them in the melted butter. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and starting to turn golden brown.
- Add Honey and Seasonings:
- Drizzle the honey over the corn and stir well to combine. Add the salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Optional Creamy Addition:
- If you want a creamy version, pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cream is heated through and slightly thickened.
- Serve:
- Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
