Honey Butter Old Bay Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar-free honey (like ChocZero or homemade substitute)
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prep the Shrimp:
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well to coat evenly. - Cook the Shrimp:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside. - Make the Honey Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the sugar-free honey. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened. - Combine & Serve:
Add the cooked shrimp back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the honey butter sauce. Cook for another minute until everything is nicely glazed. - Garnish & Enjoy:
Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon and sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Perfect with cauliflower rice or a fresh keto salad!
