Homemade Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Recipe:
This super simple recipe only requires 2 ingredients, honey roasted peanuts, and peanut oil. Just toss them in the food processor, and you have the perfect snack, or ingredient for your favorite meal.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp peanut oil
2 lbs honey roasted peanuts
INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, add peanut oil.
With the food processor turned on, add honey roasted peanuts gradually.
Once all of the peanuts have been added, continue processing for approximately 2 minutes, scraping down the sides when necessary, until the mixture is smooth,
Transfer peanut butter to an airtight container.
Store in the refrigerator for up to (approximately) 3 months.
