Homemade weight watcher Baileys Irish Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or another non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free half-and-half (or fat-free evaporated milk)
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules (optional for a coffee-flavored creamer)
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or a Weight Watchers-approved zero-point sweetener)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tablespoons unsweetened Irish whiskey or whiskey flavoring (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, fat-free half-and-half, instant coffee granules (if you want a coffee flavor), powdered erythritol, and pure vanilla extract.
  2. Blend the mixture until it’s well combined, and the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness and flavorings to your liking. Add more sweetener or Irish whiskey flavoring as needed.
  4. Once you’re satisfied with the taste, pour the homemade Baileys alternative into a glass bottle or container.
  5. Store it in the refrigerator for up to one week. Give it a good shake before each use, as natural separation may occur.
