Ingredients
2 cups yogurt (I used non dairy)
5 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of blueberries
Handful of strawberries
Popsicle mold
Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, maples syrup, vanilla extract.
Sprinkle some fruit into the bottom of the mold. Pour yogurt blend on top and finish off with extra fruit. Ensure that the yogurt mix fills all the crevices of the popsicle mold evenly.
Freeze 8 hours or until harden
