Homemade Passion Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream – For a rich and creamy texture.

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Stir in the passion fruit pulp, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mixing well to combine.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency (about 20-30 minutes).
Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
