Creamy Onion Sauce Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the meatballs:
    • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, sweet smoked paprika, coriander, black pepper, dried garlic, egg yolks, and paneer breadcrumbs until well combined.
    • Add the finely chopped onion, green onions, diced tomatoes, and diced paprika to the mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.
    • Shape the mixture into balls the size of large walnuts, greasing your hands with butter if needed to prevent sticking.
  2. Cook the meatballs:
    • Heat butter and vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
    • Alternatively, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the fried meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until fully cooked and browned.
