Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Pepperoni slices (or any keto-friendly topping of choice)
- Sugar-free pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. - Make the Cheese Base:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Microwave for 30-40 seconds, then stir until the mixture forms a smooth dough. - Roll Out the Dough:
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a thin rectangular layer. - Add Seasoning:
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly over the dough for flavor. - Top with Pepperoni:
Arrange pepperoni slices (or your preferred toppings) over the dough, leaving a small edge for rolling. - Roll It Up:
