Hobo Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Make Wells: Make three small wells in the dry mixture. Pour vanilla in one, vinegar in another, and oil in the third.
- Add Water & Mix: Pour water over everything and mix until smooth. No need for an electric mixer—just stir until combined.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Let cool completely before slicing. You can enjoy it as is or top with powdered sugar, frosting, or a simple glaze.
