- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 1β2 Oreo cookies, crushed (optional inside + for topping)
- 1β2 tbsp strawberry syrup or honey (optional for sweetness)

1. Prep Ingredients
- If using fresh strawberries, remove stems.
- Crush 1 Oreo (save another for topping if you want).
2. Blend the Base
Add to a blender:
- Milk
- Ice
- Strawberries
- Cream cheese
- Protein powder
- Ice cream (or protein ice cream)
- Greek yogurt (optional but recommended for protein)
Blend until smooth and thick.
3. Add Oreos
- Pulse in crushed Oreo cookies at the end for the signature cookies-and-cream texture.
(If you want it smoother, blend them fully.)
4. Adjust Consistency
- Too thick? Add a splash of milk.
- Too thin? Add more ice or a spoon of Greek yogurt.
