- Blend the base:
Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. - Add strawberries:
Pulse in strawberries until combined but still slightly speckled (donβt overblend if you want texture). - Chill:
Spoon into containers and refrigerate at least 1β2 hours to thicken. - Serve cold. It gets thicker overnight β perfect for meal prep.
