🧾 Ingredients
Seafood & Veg
½ lb shrimp, peeled, deveined & chopped
½ lb crab meat (lump or claw, drained)
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Creamy High-Protein Cheese Base
¾ cup non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
4 oz light cream cheese, softened
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
👩🍳 Instructions
Cook the shrimp
Heat olive oil/butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
Wilt the spinach
In the same skillet, add chopped spinach.
Cook 1–2 minutes until fully wilted.
Remove excess liquid if needed.
Make the creamy crab cheese
Lower heat to medium-low.
Add cream cheese and Greek yogurt to the skillet.
Stir gently until smooth and creamy.
Mix in Parmesan, Old Bay, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
Add crab & shrimp
Fold in crab meat carefully (don’t break it up too much).
Add cooked shrimp back in.
Simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring gently, until warmed through.
Taste & finish
Adjust salt, pepper, and seasoning.
Serve immediately.
