- 1½ lbs thinly sliced sirloin steak (or shaved beef)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced (optional but recommended)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté veggies: In the same pan, cook peppers, onions, and mushrooms until soft (about 5–7 minutes).
- Make it creamy: Lower heat and stir in cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Combine: Add beef back to skillet and mix well.
- Assemble: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella evenly over the top.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for golden top.
