🔪 Instructions
- Cook the beef
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add olive oil (if needed), onion, and cook 2–3 minutes until soft.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. - Brown & season
Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir in taco seasoning, paprika, and tomato sauce.
Simmer 5–7 minutes until juicy but not watery. - Warm tortillas

Add beef mixture to each tortilla.
