- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, thick)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup almond flour (or oat flour)
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven
To 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. - Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. - Add dry ingredients
Fold in protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Optional: fold in chocolate chips or nuts. - Bake
Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake 18–22 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
Tip: Don’t overbake—they stay soft and fudgy. - Cool & slice
Let cool at least 10 minutes before slicing into 8 squares.
