🧾 Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (thick, strained for best texture)
½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth for creaminess)
1 medium cucumber (thinly sliced, seeds removed if watery)
1–2 cloves garlic (optional, minced)
1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & black pepper to taste
4–6 slices whole grain bread (or low-carb bread)
🔥 Instructions
Prepare the spread
Blend or mix Greek yogurt + cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Prep cucumber
Slice thin and pat dry with a paper towel (prevents soggy sandwiches).
Assemble
Spread a thick layer of the creamy mixture on bread
Add cucumber slices
Top with another slice of bread
