  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven
    • To 175Β°C (350Β°F)
    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Mix dry ingredients
    • In a bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, salt
  3. Add wet ingredients
    • Stir in melted coconut oil, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener until dough forms
  4. Fold in mix-ins
    • Gently fold in cranberries and chopped pistachios
  5. Shape cookies
    • Scoop dough and form into rounds or press dough flat
    • Place on tray spaced apart
