Ingredients

  • Β½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Β½ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ΒΌ cup unsweetened peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • Β½ cup Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat for higher protein)
  • 2–3 tbsp sweetener (erythritol, stevia, monk fruit, or sugar-free maple syrup)
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder (25–30g protein)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

  • Dark chocolate shavings
  • Cocoa nibs
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine Base Ingredients
    • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Flavor & Protein
    • Stir in cocoa powder, sweetener, protein powder, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt.
    • Mix until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Chill for Texture
    • Cover bowl and refrigerate 15–30 minutes to thicken.
  4. Serve
    • Scoop into small bowls or ramekins.
    • Top with optional chocolate shavings or nuts.
