๐Ÿฅ„ Ingredients (2โ€“3 servings)

Main:

  • 400โ€“500g chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (optional, sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, adds depth)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
  • 1 tsp honey or low-cal sweetener
  • Black pepper or chili flakes (to taste)

Cooking:

  • 1 tbsp oil (olive or any neutral oil)

1. Prep sauce

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, and honey.
  • Stir well and set aside.

2. Cook chicken

  • Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken, season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Stir-fry until fully cooked and lightly golden (5โ€“6 minutes).
  • Remove and set aside.

3. Cook vegetables

  • In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and onion.
  • Stir-fry for 1โ€“2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli and a splash of water, cook 3โ€“4 minutes (slightly tender but still crisp).

4. Combine

  • Return chicken to the pan.
  • Pour in the sauce and mix well.
  • Cook for 2โ€“3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
