🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
- Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
- Remove from heat and slightly shred if needed.
2️⃣ Make It Cheesy
- Lower heat to low.
- Stir Greek yogurt into the warm chicken mixture.
- Add mozzarella and cheddar.
- Stir until melted and creamy. (If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons water or broth.)
