🛒 Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps)

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb / 450g), sliced or shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional but recommended)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

🧀 For the Cheesy Layer

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (part-skim for higher protein)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (adds creaminess + protein)

🌯 For the Wraps

  • 4 high-protein or low-carb tortillas
    (look for 10–15g protein per wrap if possible)

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
  4. Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
  5. Remove from heat and slightly shred if needed.

2️⃣ Make It Cheesy

  1. Lower heat to low.
  2. Stir Greek yogurt into the warm chicken mixture.
  3. Add mozzarella and cheddar.
  4. Stir until melted and creamy. (If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons water or broth.)

3️⃣ Assemble Wraps

  1. Warm tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.
  2. Divide chicken mixture evenly between wraps.
  3. Fold sides in and roll tightly.

Place wraps seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat.
