Slice loaf lengthwise and hollow out some of the soft center (leave sturdy edges).

In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic.
Stir in mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, salt & pepper.
Drain excess liquid if needed.
Fold in chopped bacon.

Stir blended cottage cheese and Greek yogurt into warm beef mixture.
