Ingredients
- 1ยฝ cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- ยฝ cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1โ2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1ยฝ cups mixed berries
(strawberries, blueberries, raspberries โ fresh or frozen)
Optional toppings
- Crushed graham crackers or granola
- White chocolate chips (a few go a long way)
- Lemon zest
- Chia or hemp seeds
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth (key for creamy texture).
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, blended cottage cheese, protein powder, vanilla, sweetener, and salt until thick and silky.
- Spoon a layer of berries into the bottom of 4 cups or jars.
- Add a generous layer of the protein cream.
- Repeat layers if desired.
- Chill at least 1 hour (overnight = chefโs kiss).
- Add toppings right before eating.
