Cheesecake “Fluff” Base
1 cup (225g) light cream cheese, softened
1 cup (240g) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop (25–30g) vanilla whey or casein protein powder
2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener (or honey/maple syrup to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp milk (as needed for smooth texture)
Fruit
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
Optional Crunch (highly recommended 😌)
¼ cup crushed graham crackers
or ¼ cup high-protein granola
or 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra fiber
🔹 Instructions
Whip the base:
In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla.
Mix until creamy and fluffy. Add milk 1 tbsp at a time if needed.
Gently fold in berries.
Chill 30–60 minutes for best cheesecake flavor.
Top with graham crumbs or granola just before serving.
