Ingredients
Meatloaf Base
- 1½ lb lean ground beef (93/7 preferred)
- 4 slices center-cut bacon, cooked & crumbled
(use turkey bacon for even leaner) - 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup liquid egg whites (protein boost)
- ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup ketchup or sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Optional Topping
- Extra cheddar or bacon crumbles
- Pickles or diced onions (for true cheeseburger flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Mix ingredients
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients gently (don’t overmix). - Shape & bake
Press mixture into loaf pan or free-form on a lined baking sheet. - Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes.
- Optional cheese topping:
Add extra cheddar in last 5 minutes. - Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Internal temp should reach 160°F (71°C).

- Even higher protein: Swap ½ lb beef for ground turkey (99% lean)
