Ingredients
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ frozen banana (optional for sweetness & thickness)
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add almond milk to the blender first.
- Add avocado, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, peanut butter, and banana.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey/maple syrup if needed.
- Blend again for 10–15 seconds until silky.
