High-Protein Avocado Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ frozen banana (optional for sweetness & thickness)
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to the blender first.
  2. Add avocado, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, peanut butter, and banana.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add honey/maple syrup if needed.
  5. Blend again for 10–15 seconds until silky.

Nutrition (Approx.)

  • Protein: 30–35 g
  • Healthy fats: ~18 g
  • Fiber: ~8 g
  • Calories: ~350–420 kcal

(Depends on protein powder and milk used.)
