Filling:
- 300โ400g lean ground chicken, turkey, or beef
- 1/2 cup black beans (rinsed, optional for fiber & protein)
- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
Extras:
- 1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheese
- 2โ3 large whole wheat or high-protein tortillas
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (as sour cream alternative)

1. Cook the filling
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Cook onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground meat, season, and cook until browned.
- Stir in beans, corn, and spices. Cook 2โ3 minutes until combined.
- Remove from heat, mix in cheese and Greek yogurt for creaminess.
2. Assemble burritos
- Lay out tortilla. Spoon filling in the center.
- Fold sides over, then roll tightly.
3. Air fry
- Preheat air fryer to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF)
- Lightly spray burritos with oil.
- Air fry for 8โ12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
4. Serve
- Optional toppings: salsa, avocado, hot sauce, extra Greek yogurt
