Prepare the Ingredients:
Chill a mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 10 minutes for better whipping results.
Whip the Cream:
Pour the heavy cream into the chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Cream the Cheese:
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add cocoa powder if you want a chocolate-flavored dessert.
Combine:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated and smooth. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
Serve:
