Healthy Celery & Beetroot Juice (Diabetic-Friendly)
Ingredients
- 2 stalks Celery
- ¼ small Beetroot (do not use too much)
- ½ Cucumber
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- ½ tsp grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup cold water

- Wash and chop celery, beetroot, and cucumber.
- Add them to a blender with water, lemon juice, and ginger.
- Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds and let it sit 5 minutes.
- Drink fresh (do not strain to keep the fiber).
