Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground sausage
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
1 small onion, diced
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 oz) can pizza sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 refrigerated pie crust (or homemade)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
Cook filling: In a skillet, brown ground beef and sausage with onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Season: Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
Assemble: Pour meat mixture into prepared pie crust. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices.
Bake: Place in oven for 25–30 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice like a pizza-pie hybrid and enjoy!
