Ham Casserole

INGREDIENTS
16 oz rices cauliflower
12 oz broccoli florets
2 cups diced ham
3 cups grated cheddar, divided
2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1/4 tsp mustard powder

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350.
Steam the broccoli and cauliflower until cooked thru. (I bought frozen and steamed in the bag)
Add the broccoli and cauliflower to a large bowl with the ham, 2 and 1/2 cups cheddar, eggs, and spices. Stir until well combined.
Spread mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30 min.Ham Casserole
