🍽 Servings

4 (about 2 skewers per serving)

🧾 Ingredients

For the Chicken

1½ lb (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast (or thighs), cut into 1½-inch cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Garlic Parmesan Finish

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, finely minced

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (not pre-shredded)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Chicken

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.

👉 Optional: Marinate for 30 minutes to 8 hours in the fridge for extra flavor.

2️⃣ Skewer

Thread chicken evenly onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces for even cooking.

3️⃣ Grill

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400–425°F / 205–220°C).

Lightly oil grill grates.

Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning every 2–3 minutes, until chicken is golden and internal temp hits 165°F / 74°C.

4️⃣ Garlic Parmesan Magic ✨

While chicken grills, mix melted butter and minced garlic.

In the last 1–2 minutes of grilling, brush skewers generously with garlic butter.

Remove from grill and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan so it melts beautifully.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve hot—optionally with lemon wedges or a side of grilled veggies.
