    Grill or pan-sear for about 6–8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

  1. Cook the rice:
    • If not using pre-cooked rice, cook brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Prepare the chicken:
    • Grill or pan-cook the seasoned chicken breasts until golden and cooked through.
    • Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  3. Make the dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble the bowls:
    • Divide brown rice into bowls.
    • Top each bowl with sliced grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, corn, red onion, and cilantro.
