Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey for a leaner option)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
- Pickles (optional)
- Lettuce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter for grilling
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef (or turkey), breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce (if using). Remove from heat and set aside.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out your tortillas on a clean surface.
- Divide the cooked beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
- If desired, add ketchup, mustard, pickles, and lettuce for extra flavor and crunch.
- Grill the Wraps:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add butter.
- Once the butter is melted and the skillet is hot, place each wrap, seam side down, onto the pan. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
- Serve:
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing into halves or quarters. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch.
