Ingredients
3–4 chicken breasts or thighs
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Chopped parsley
Optional: cooked bacon bits
Instructions
Place chicken + potatoes into the crockpot. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, ranch.
Melt butter in a small pan, add garlic, stir 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream + Parmesan, whisk until creamy.
Pour sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
Cook LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 3 hours.
Stir gently, add parsley and bacon bits before serving
