  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Season salmon
    Pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear salmon
    Heat 1 tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
    Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté vegetables
    Add remaining butter.
    Cook mushrooms 3–4 minutes until soft.
    Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
    Stir in spinach until wilted.
  4. Make creamy sauce
    Pour in heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
    Stir in Parmesan and lemon juice.
    Let sauce thicken naturally (no flour needed).
  5. Return salmon
    Place salmon back into skillet.
    Spoon sauce over top. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
