Ingredients:

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp butter, divided
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer. Cook 3β4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Add garlic and remaining 2 tbsp butter to the pan. Stir for 1β2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
π Creamy Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (or half and half)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, spinach, or mushrooms
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© 30 seconds.
- Pour in cream. Simmer for 2β3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta. Toss to coat. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

- Spoon creamy Parmesan pasta onto plates or into bowls.
- Top with garlic butter chicken bites.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley.
