Fryer Pistachio Cannoli Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients:

4 large flour tortillas

2 tbsp butter, melted

¼ cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 tbsp powdered sugar

¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped

🍫¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

🔪 Cut the tortillas into thirds to create strips.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Roll each tortilla strip into a cylinder shape, securing with a toothpick if necessary.

🍽️ Air fry the rolled tortillas for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.

While the shells cool, mix ricotta cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.

Stir in chopped pistachios and mini chocolate chips if desired.

Once the shells have cooled, carefully fill with the pistachio mixture using a piping bag or spoon.

Optionally drizzle with honey or extra crushed pistachios for garnish.
